The upper floors will be simple. There will be 10 units all together ranging from fl01 – fl15. There will be 5 studios, and 5 1B apartments on each floor. The difference between the 2 is the Studios lack a bedroom of any sort. Both units will have an office, kitchen, and laundry closet. I am sure the tenant can use the office as a bedroom, but there is only one means of egress, and no real closet space where a bedroom has 2 means of egress, and a larger closet.
