The first floor will be rather active. First, is the public foyer. This will allow the visitor to request access to the apartment. There will be a no loitering policy. Anyone caught sleeping or just standing around may get escorted off the property or arrested. This is to assure that the public foyer is safe and secured while allowing visitors after the office closes. There will also be the office which is accessible from the public foyer. As with all of the building offices, there will be a building manager, and that manager will address any concerns or issues that might be appear to the tenant.
There will also be a convenience store. This store will be open to the public, and might get members of Morningside more accepting of the building as it is much taller than the 3 story houses that are common about the property. This convenience store will be as competitively marked as possible, but it will still have high prices considering it is a convenience store. The store will have a dedicated entrance for the customers so they don’t have to go through tenant resources.
