There will be two things of consideration within the apartment building. The first is a laundry room with 5 pairs of double load machines. These machines will be used by all tenants that may need access to double load machines. Keep in mind that there are stacking laundry for the subsidized housing and employee units. For the SRO?s, there will be laundry facilities towards the center of the building to allow the tenants to share with all on the floor.
Theere will also be a locked area for the utilities of the building. The utilities is for the entire building, and intended to get everyone the access they need and what they are paying for. In the event of a power grid outage, there will be a gas backup generator to provide for electricity until the grid comes back online.
