The layout will be simple. This building will have SRO?s, Studios, and 1B apartments. There is very limited parking space, so nothing will be provided for the tenants. However, they are in walking distance of the 75: Ellsworth, and 87M: Friendship – Morningside. The tenants can always choose ride share if they don’t wish to take a bus. This is however their choice. The parking space is for the realty, and employees that need automobiles (such as maintenance). With that said, there will be a layout intended for the all of the tenants no matter the unit they acquire.
