There will be 2 floors with 3B apartments. These apartments are employee housing, and not intended for the regular tenants. The idea of this is to provide an on-site solution for things like maintenance, or management. In addition, since there is a convenience store on the first floor, there will be a need to house those employees as well. While 2 floors might be overkill, especially if the employee has better solutions, there will be the apartments for them nonetheless. Just because an employee didn’t take the employee housing option does not put the unit on the market.
